Welcome to SiteIQ ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, software platforms, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using SiteIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

"Services" refers to SiteIQ's spatial intelligence infrastructure platform, including Monitoring, Energy Optimization, Digital Twin, Maintenance, and AI Agent Layer modules, plus related tools and support.

"User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, registers for, or uses the Services on behalf of an organization.

"Customer" refers to any organization that has entered into a commercial agreement with SiteIQ to use the Services.

"Content" includes all data, documents, images, video, audio, and other materials uploaded, submitted, or provided by Users or Customers.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, SiteIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes only.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, or sublicense Services
• Remove proprietary notices or marks
• Use Services in violation of law or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access or transmit malware
• Interfere with Service integrity or performance

If you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for account activity and must notify SiteIQ of unauthorized access.

All Service content and functionality are owned by SiteIQ or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to your submitted Content, and grant SiteIQ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process it to operate and improve the Services.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to collection and use as described there.

In no event shall SiteIQ's aggregate liability exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Results may vary based on conditions, data quality, and configuration. Users should independently validate critical operational decisions.

SiteIQ may integrate with third-party robotics hardware (e.g., Gausium, Pudu, Yarbo). SiteIQ does not manufacture or warrant third-party hardware.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteIQ for claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Services, submitted Content, legal violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

SiteIQ may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

SiteIQ may suspend or terminate access for violations or harmful conduct. Provisions that should survive termination remain in force.

SiteIQ does not control third-party links and is not responsible for their content or practices.

• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or group
• Transmit spam, malware, or phishing content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in illegal activity or rights violations
• Disrupt the Services or servers
• Collect personal information without consent
• Scrape data without permission

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, unless prohibited by law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SiteIQ regarding the Services.

SiteIQ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
